Authentication methods
When adding an SSH connection, choose password, private key or key pair as supported by the form. Use a clear environment name such as production or staging. Match the host, port, user and authentication method to the server; keep private keys confidential.
Connection status
The connection view can show connected, syncing or offline. If offline, check the server state, network access, SSH port, firewall and credentials. Use the VPS browser console when SSH cannot connect.
Metrics
SSH metrics include CPU usage/total, RAM used/total and disk used/available/total. Use them to understand server capacity and investigate pressure rather than treating a connected SSH session as proof the application is healthy.
