Choose server type, location, OS image, billing cycle, plan and applicable addons, SSH key and IP pool. Name the instance clearly and select the available CPU/RAM/storage configuration. Prefer an OS you know how to operate and SSH key access for production.
Lifecycle actions
- Use the VPS list and detail view to inspect instance status, resources and provider/node information.
- Start a stopped VPS when it is needed again.
- Stop to pause the server; check Billing because some costs can remain.
- Reboot after relevant system updates or when troubleshooting requires it.
- Delete only when the instance and its data are no longer required and backups have been checked.
Browser console
Use Console for direct browser access when SSH is unavailable, to inspect boot logs or to fix network/firewall configuration. Test a fresh SSH connection after repairs.
