Plan limits
| Limit | When exceeded |

| Commands / second | Requests may be rate-limited. Reduce bursts or select a suitable plan. |
| Commands / month | The monthly quota is exhausted. Reduce usage or upgrade. |
| Request size | Oversized commands can be rejected. |
| Record size | Oversized keys/values can be rejected. |
| Bandwidth / month | Check Redis traffic and your plan. |
| Connections | New connections may be refused when too many clients are open. |
Console metrics
Commands, Bandwidth and Storage charts show when the app reads or writes heavily and which resource is under pressure. Compare these with the limits of your current plan rather than assuming a fixed allowance.
Responding to limit errors
When you see rate or quota errors, inspect metrics before retrying. For expected traffic, choose suitable capacity. For unusual spikes, check cache keys, job loops and retry behavior so retries do not multiply load.
