Choose a starting point
Start with Flash Deploy when you have working source. Add MySQL for durable data and Redis when your app needs cache. Use the product selection guide if you are unsure.
Troubleshoot first
Check build logs for build failures, env for startup failures and Connection for database errors. For private connections, confirm both products belong to the same org and test from the deployed app.
Prepare a support request
Prepare project/service ID, release ID, failure time with timezone and relevant sanitized logs. Include steps to reproduce and the result you expected. Use the support channel provided with your service; do not share passwords, tokens or full .env files.
